Payment/Cost:
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods to make your checkout experience as convenient as possible. These include:

What currency are the prices listed in?
Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
What taxes are charged on my order?
We are currently not charging any sales tax on orders. Our goal is to keep our products as affordable as possible for Canadians, especially during challenging times. We’ll continue to operate tax-free for as long as we can.
Orders:
I did not receive an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?
When you successfully place an order, we always send a confirmation email along with your order number. Make sure to check your spam/promotion folders.
If you placed your order with Apple Pay, please check the email associated with your Apple ID.
I received a defective product. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us through our Contact Us page with your order number and a photo of the defect. Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or guide you through the refund process.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?

I am missing 1 or more items in my order. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us through our Contact Us page with your order number. Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll be happy to re-ship your items or guide you through the refund process.
Cancel an order:
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations once your order is confirmed. However, if you made a mistake in regards to your address, product size, or colour, please send us an inquiry through our contact form immediately and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Can I return or exchange items?
Our goal is to ensure you're delighted with our products, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you need to return or exchange an order, we are here to assist you.

Shipping:
Where do you ship from?
All orders are proudly shipped from Atlantic Canada.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Canada, but will be expanding to the United States in the near future.
When will my order ship?
Once your order has been placed, your order will begin to process on the next business day. All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once your order is ready a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow along until delivery.
What days do you ship?
We ship from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
What courier will you use to ship my order?
Currently, we only ship through FEDEX.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on your location and package weight. You can check shipping costs during checkout.
We offer free shipping in Canada for orders $100+
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your address, please send us an inquiry through our contact page as quickly as possible. We will try our best to change the shipping address, but we cannot make any guarantees. However, we cannot change the shipping address once a shipping label has been generated.
How do I check the location and estimated shipping date for my package?
Shipments are sent through FEDEX. Once we hand off your shipment to the shipping company, you will receive a tracking number with the most up-to-date information about your shipment. Any inquiries about delivery status should be directed to the courier.
Lost Package:
What should I do if my package is lost?
Please contact FEDEX and file a lost claim, and then reach out to us.
Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and tracking number so we can assist you further.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages; however, we will try our best to make sure the carrier locates your package.
My tracking is showing delivered, but I did not receive my package. What do I do?
If the shipping address is to a building, FEDEX may either deliver the package to a security guard, concierge desk, or a parcel locker in a mail room (if applicable.)
If you typically receive mail through a community mailbox, you’ll most likely receive a key in your mailbox to a larger parcel locker. Please check with neighbours or anyone in your household who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
In some case, couriers will mark a package as delivered as it makes it's way to your address in a vehicle. Please allow a few hours after the initial delivery notification to see if the package has been delivered.
If the package is deemed delivered but is not found, we can open an investigation with the courier. Please note, we do not offer refunds for packages deemed delivered via tracking. In approved scenarios, our support team may offer store credit for the value of the order once the investigation with the carrier is complete.

Where do donations go?
We proudly donate 10% of our profits to mental health non-profit organizations across Canada. We’re actively exploring partnerships to ensure our values and goals align with the organizations we support. Sustainability and Ethical Practices:
Are your products made from sustainable materials?
We meticulously source premium, high-quality fabrics that align with the latest trends, ensuring each garment meets our criteria for both style and ethics. We use combed ring-spun cotton for all of our products to reduce the environmental impact associated with conventional cotton farming (less water, no synthetic pesticides/fertilizers).
Is your manufacturing ethical?
All of our manufacturing facilities are WRAP-certified, which ensures compliance with ethical labour standards.
This includes: no child labour, safe and healthy working conditions, legal wages and hours, prohibition of forced labour.
